Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with BJIB!

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to communicate it to you.

Shipping

BJIB currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after your package has been scanned.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of BJIB’s direct control.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

If an order is returned to BJIB because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the package and its contents.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to BJIB if additional assistance is needed.
